Work management, minus the clutter

Software that keeps your team's work in one place

Simple site is where your projects, files, updates and deadlines live together. One login, one view of who is doing what, and no more digging through four apps to answer one question.

14 days free. No card required to start.

Scattered tools, duplicated work, no clear picture

"Where is the latest version?" is not a question a team should have to ask twice a day.

  • The same task exists in three places. A spreadsheet, a chat thread and someone's notebook. Two of them are already out of date and nobody knows which.
  • Status updates cost real hours. Someone has to ask everyone what they finished, then retype it into a document for the weekly meeting.
  • Files drift apart from decisions. The brief lives in one tool, the feedback in another, and the reason you changed direction is lost in a chat scroll.
  • Nobody can see the whole workload. One person is buried, another is idle, and you only find out when a deadline slips.

What you get inside the app

Five things, each doing one job properly. Here is what each one actually changes about your week.

01

Shared project boards

Every project has one board with its tasks, owners and dates. The outcome: when someone asks what is happening with a project, you send a link instead of writing a summary.

02

Task ownership and due dates

Each task has exactly one owner and one date. The outcome: nothing sits in the gap between two people who both assumed the other had it.

03

Files attached to the work

Upload a document straight onto the task it belongs to, with version history kept. The outcome: the brief, the feedback and the final file are in the same place a year later.

04

Workload view

See every person's open tasks side by side for the coming two weeks. The outcome: you rebalance before a deadline slips, not after.

05

Automatic activity digest

A daily or weekly summary of what moved, sent to whoever needs it. The outcome: the status meeting gets shorter, or stops happening.

06

Search across everything

One search box covering tasks, comments and file names. The outcome: you find the decision from March in a few seconds instead of scrolling chat.

Up and running in three steps

  1. 1

    Create the account

Email address and a password. No card, no sales call, no scheduling a demo before you are allowed to look at the product. You are inside in under a minute.

  2. 2

    Set up one real project

Import a task list from a spreadsheet or type in ten tasks by hand, then invite the two or three people who work on it with you. Most teams have this done in an afternoon rather than a week.

  3. 3

    Get your first result

By the end of day one you have a single board showing who owns what and when it is due, plus the first activity digest in your inbox the next morning. That is the point where people stop asking for status updates.

Works with the tools you already use

Simple site is not trying to replace your inbox or your calendar. It connects to them so work stops being copied by hand between apps. Connections are set up from Settings and can be switched off at any time.

  • Email

Forward a message to your project address and it becomes a task with the thread attached.

  • Google Calendar and Outlook

Two-way sync so due dates appear in the calendar your team already checks.

  • Slack and Microsoft Teams

Post task changes into a channel, or create a task from a message without leaving chat.

  • Google Drive and Dropbox

Link files instead of uploading duplicates, so permissions stay where you set them.

  • REST API and webhooks

For anything not on this list. Documented endpoints, tokens you control, and webhooks on every task event.

  • Zapier

Connect the long tail of smaller tools without writing code.

Straightforward plans, no hidden add-ons

What happens when the trial ends

The trial runs 14 days on the Team plan. We email you three days before it finishes. If you do nothing, the account moves to read-only rather than being deleted or silently charged. You keep read and export access for 30 days, and picking a plan at any point in that window switches everything straight back on with your data intact.

Teams already running on Simple site

We would rather show you nothing than show you a made-up quote.

This is a sample site, so there are no customer logos, testimonials or usage numbers to put here yet. When real customers agree to be named, their words and their company go in this space, with a link so you can check the source yourself.

In the meantime, the honest version of social proof is this: start the trial, put one real project in, and judge it on your own work rather than on someone else's quote.

Your data, handled properly

Hosting

Everything runs on managed cloud infrastructure inside the EU. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and stored data and file uploads are encrypted at rest.

Backups

Databases are backed up daily and kept for 30 days, with point-in-time recovery for the last 7 days. Restores are tested rather than assumed to work.

Access controls

Role-based permissions per project, so contractors see one project and not the whole account. Company plans add SAML single sign-on and an audit log of who changed what.

Privacy

Your content is yours. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models, and staff access is limited to support cases you raise. Export or permanent deletion is available from Settings and finishes within 30 days.

If your procurement team needs answers we have not covered, email sample@mail.com and we will reply with specifics rather than a brochure.

Questions people ask before signing up

How long is the free trial, and do I need a card?
14 days on the Team plan, with no card required. You get every feature during the trial, including the integrations and the API, so you are testing the real thing rather than a cut-down version.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, in two clicks, at any time. There is no contract and no cancellation call. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export projects, tasks and comments as CSV or JSON, and download all attached files as a zip, from the account owner's settings page. No support ticket needed and no charge for it.
Is there a limit on users?
Starter is capped at 10 users. Team and Company have no user limit. Guests who only view a single project are free on all plans and do not count towards billing.
How fast is support?
Email support answers within one business day on Starter, and within four business hours on Team and Company, Monday to Friday. Company plans get a named contact rather than a shared queue.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
The account becomes read-only rather than being deleted. You have 30 days to export everything or reactivate, and we email you before anything is removed.
